Please read and understand these Terms & Conditions in full before creating an account, making a payment, or using any service on the 322 platform. By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 322 website or mobile version, registering an account, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services, products, content, and features available on the 322 platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and 322. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
- Compliance with local laws is mandatory for Bangladeshi citizens and anyone accessing the platform from Bangladesh.
- Registering on behalf of a minor or legally ineligible person is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation, Security & Suspension Policy
Account Registration Terms
Each user may only register one account. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and associated funds may be forfeited.
Withdrawal restrictions may apply if the KYC (identity verification) process has not been completed.
Login Security & Account Suspension
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials secure. Any suspected unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 322 immediately.
322 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or the use of multiple accounts.
Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users must comply with the following rules when using the 322 platform. Any form of illegal or unethical activity is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Operating the platform using bots, automation software, or scripts.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
- Hacking or transmitting malicious code to the platform's systems or networks.
- Claiming the same promotion or bonus through multiple accounts.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Matters
All content, designs, logos, software, and data on the 322 platform are protected under 322's intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or using these assets for commercial purposes without prior authorization is prohibited. The platform may contain third-party links; 322 is not responsible for their content or policies.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Regulations
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits are processed according to the rules of the relevant payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer). A fully verified account is required to make withdrawals.
Minimum and maximum limits apply to deposits and withdrawals. These limits are displayed in the Cashier section of the platform.
Bonus & Promotion Financial Terms
Accepting any bonus or promotional offer automatically activates the associated wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the applicable conditions are met. Accounts found attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may be closed.
Any transaction-related disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days.
Limitation of Liability & Platform Rights
The 322 platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis. 322 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server downtime, network issues, or third-party service failures.
Limitation of Liability Details
- Indirect Losses: 322 is not liable for any loss of business opportunities, data loss, or failure to receive expected earnings.
- Third Parties: 322 is not liable for issues arising from payment gateway failures or failures of any other service provider.
- User Error: The user is solely responsible for any losses resulting from transactions made with incorrect information.
- Bet Outcomes: 322 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of any bet or game outcome.
322 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.
Terms Modifications, Governing Law & Contact
Terms Modification Policy
322 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter may be brought before a competent court in Bangladesh.

If an account is closed, any valid balance remaining will be refunded in accordance with our policy. However, exceptions apply to accounts closed due to terms violations.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the complete agreement between the user and 322.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect.
